I recently had an excellent experience with 4 Star Plumbing Services for my kitchen sink repair in our home located in Broward County. From the moment I called, their customer service was responsive and overall top-notch. They scheduled an appointment promptly and arrived on time. The plumber Andrew, was highly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my kitchen sink and explained the necessary repairs in detail. I had to order some custom parts which arrived the next day. Andrew came back as soon as my parts arrived and the repair was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. Not only did they fix the immediate problem, but they also replaced some older tubing free of charge! The pricing was fair and transparent, with no hidden fees. I highly recommend 4 Star Plumbing to anyone in Broward County in need of reliable and professional plumbing services. They are truly the best in the business!

Excellent company! A leak was discovered in the waterline leading to my water meter, which was a very expensive problem causing my water bills to be very high. Upon a recommendation I called 4 Star Plumbing. Scheduling was super easy. Carlos came out the very next morning, immediately found the issue, had the right part on him and fixed the leak. Took him less then 25 minutes. Going forward I now have a competent, efficient and reliable plumber.

I've had bad experiences lately with other companies who try to scare you into getting expensive work done that isn't necessary. 4 Star quoted the cost of the work up front didnt try to twist my arm to do additional work communicated all through the process and was on time and professional. The service was excellent and very professional. The plumber technician Cullen was very through. He told me every thing he was achieving and gave me the cost. Which was reasonable. They were at my house quickly. I definitely would recommend them and use them again.

I’ve only been in the area for a couple of years and have not had a lot of luck in having businesses follow through with making and showing up to an appointment. The staff at 4 Star Plumbing reached out within minutes of my online request for an appointment to acknowledge receipt of my request and placed me on the schedule for the next day within 1 hour of initial contact. I received a call from 4 Star Plumbing that the plumbers would arrive within 30 minutes, as well as text confirmation. The plumbers who arrived were prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and polite. They immediately figured out the problem and replaced the garbage disposal. I highly recommend 4 Star Plumbing as the company obviously strives to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professional service.

Fantastic service! My stepfather’s shower did not provide hot water. Derrick was very knowledgeable and respectful. I was charged a fair price and they honor Military discounts. I definitely will use them again
